Existenzgründung

Herr Prof. Dr. Peskes, Herr Prof. Dr. Becker und Herr Prof. Dr. Daube - allesamt Lehrende an der NBS - bieten immer am 3. Mittwoch des Monat, jeweils um 16:00 Uhr im Studienzentrum Quarree - zurzeit via MS-Teams -, ihre Existenzgründer-Sprechstunde an, oft unterstützt durch kompetente Praxisvertreter.

In der Existenzgründer-Sprechstunde können die Studierenden ihre Unternehmensidee vorstellen und anschließend ein ausgewogenes Feedback mit hilfreichen Anregungen, u.a. zu den Themen Machbarkeit, Finanzen und Controlling sowie IT und Datenschutz erhalten. Die Beratung rund um das Thema „Start-up“ ist für Studierende der NBS kostenlos und soll ihnen bei den ersten Überlegungen in Bezug auf eine mögliche Unternehmensgründung helfend zur Seite stehen. 
 

Warum eine Existenzgründersprechstunde beim IUCF sinnvoll ist:

Jeder Existenzgründer hat eine lange Liste: Geschäftsidee entwickeln, Kalkulation erstellen, Kredit besorgen, Marketing planen - und vieles mehr. Entweder man erledigt alle Aufgaben allein oder man sucht sich von Anfang an professionelle Unterstützung. Im Folgenden werden sechs Gründe aufgezählt, warum es sinnvoll ist, sich vom IUCF beraten zu lassen.

1. Viele Existenzgründer haben zwar eine grobe Geschäftsidee, wissen aber nicht, wie und wo sie anfangen sollen. Andere wiederum beherrschen zwar ihr Handwerk, aber haben keine Erfahrung in der Gründung eines Unternehmens.

2. Heutzutage sind Banken bei der Kreditvergabe sehr zurückhaltend geworden. Gründerinnen und Gründer müssen ihr Vorhaben von Anfang an sehr sorgfältig vorbereiten und gut argumentieren, wenn sie eine Bank überzeugen wollen. Dies gelingt den wenigsten.

3. Um weiterzukommen, benötigt man ein vernünftiges Feedback, welches einem bei zukünftigen Ideen und Entscheidungen helfen kann. Freunde und Verwandte können hierbei häufig nicht weiterhelfen, da sie schlicht nicht wissen, worum es geht. 
→ Das IUCF steht Existenzgründern und Jungunternehmern zur Seite, indem zugehört wird und Ihnen anschließend ein kritisches, aber konstruktives Feedback übermittelt wird.
 

4. Viele Existenzgründer haben eine gute Idee. Aber die wichtigste Frage ist: Setzt man sich mit dieser Idee auch auf dem Markt durch und wie steht es um den Wettbewerb?
→ Das IUCF verfügt über Professoren, die ihr eigenes erfolgreiches Unternehmen führen bzw. freiberuflich aktiv sind. Damit sind sie in der Lage, den Markt sehr gut einzuschätzen.
 

5. Viele Menschen können sich und ihre Geschäftsidee nicht richtig präsentieren. Sie lernen ihre Vorträge und Präsentationen oft auswendig und stellen ihre Leistungen dadurch eher schlecht dar oder finden nicht die richtigen Worte, wenn eine unerwartete Frage gestellt wird. Aber genau das ist nötig, um Kunden und Sponsoren zu gewinnen.

6. Nichts ist so teuer, wie eine schlecht vorbereite Gründung. Wer am Anfang bereits schlecht vorbereitet ist, bekommt dementsprechend schneller Probleme. Die Kunden bleiben aus und man verdient nichts, wodurch viele Existenzgründer häufig scheitern.

Jedem Existenzgründer sollte bewusst sein, dass eine Existenzgründung kein Sprint ist, sondern ein Marathon. Es gibt zahlreiche Formulare und Behördengänge. In der ersten Zeit werden keine schwarzen Zahlen geschrieben und das macht alles andere als Spaß. Eine Gründungsberatung vom IUCF motiviert, treibt an und hilft Studierenden, auf dem Weg in die Selbstständigkeit erfolgreich zu sein. 

Prof. Dr. Peskes, Prof. Dr. Becker and Prof. Dr. Daube - all teachers at the NBS - always offer their start-up consultation hours on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the Quarree study center - currently via MS teams - often supported by competent practice representatives.

In the start-up consultation hour, the students can present their business idea and then receive balanced feedback with helpful suggestions, e.g. on the topics of feasibility, finances and controlling as well as IT and data protection. Advice on the subject of "start-ups" is free of charge for NBS students and is intended to help them with the first considerations regarding a possible business start-up.
 

Why a start-up consultation hour at the IUCF makes sense:

Every entrepreneur has a long list: develop a business idea, create a calculation, get credit, plan marketing - and much more. Either you do all the tasks yourself or you seek professional support right from the start. Six reasons are listed below why it makes sense to seek advice from the IUCF.

1. Many start-ups have a rough business idea, but don't know how and where to start. Others, on the other hand, have mastered their craft, but have no experience in starting a business.
→ The IUCF helps you to draw up a business plan for the start-up and to keep track of things.
 

2. Nowadays banks have become very reluctant to lend. Founders have to prepare their project very carefully from the start and argue well if they want to convince a bank. Very few succeed in doing this.

3. In order to get ahead, you need sensible feedback, which can help you with future ideas and decisions. Friends and relatives can often not help because they simply do not know what it is about.

→ The IUCF has professors who run their own successful companies or who work as freelancers. This enables them to assess the market very well.
 

5. Many people cannot present themselves and their business idea correctly. They often learn their lectures and presentations by heart and therefore present their achievements rather poorly or cannot find the right words when an unexpected question is asked. But that is exactly what is needed to win customers and sponsors.

6. Nothing is as expensive as a poorly prepared start-up. If you are badly prepared at the beginning, you will run into problems faster. Customers stay away and you don't earn anything, which is why many start-ups often fail.

Every business start-up should be aware that starting a business is not a sprint, but a marathon. There are numerous forms and administrative procedures. In the first time there are no black numbers and that is anything but fun. A start-up consultation from the IUCF motivates, drives and helps students to be successful on their way to self-employment.
